A quorum of 40 members was voted at April 16 meeting.
Original officers were reelected, with the exception that recording secretary is now Beverly Baker. Four new directors as follows were voted to be added to original five: Donald Leffort, Jerry Baker, Dan Roy, and Richard W. Lopes (posthumously).
Newsletters and postcards will be sent bi-monthly whenever possible to save on postage.
